Thanksgiving is only a week away, and it seems as though all I can think about lately is the delicious food I will be eating - turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, dinner rolls and of course my dad’s famous pumpkin pie. I’m drooling just thinking about it. However, while they sound so good, many of these foods are full of salt, sugar, fat and other unhealthy ingredients. Fortunately, there are many substitutes for holiday favorites that are healthier and taste just as good.
